“I have tried many kinds of 'meal replacements' and protein shakes over the years and nothing tastes nice or fills me up like purition. I have actually been able to stick to it for over 6 months now which is unheard of! I like to mix them into Greek yogurt and enjoy with berries and a multi seed mix that I make myself. I have this for breakfast and sometimes after dinner if my sweet tooth is kicking in. “Although not vegan, I ordered the vanilla purition formula to supplement protein and fiber dietry support.
I blended it perfusly with milk, but it was beyond grainy and gritty. Didn't taste of vanilla at all, more nutty.
It's was very unpleasant and couldn't drink it. Wasted money 🤦♀️”
