“I love using Puriton ! I am terrible at not planning meals so get hungry and then reach for unhealthy foods which then lead me to terrible food choices for the rest of the day. “I decided to try Purition as a weight loss aid, with a plan to substitute my lunch for a shake. On first taste I wasn't wowed due to the sweetener taste which I really don't like. However, I can honestly say after my third shake I stopped noticing the sweetener taste and started to really enjoy the taste. I have tried most of them and like them all. Some days if I'm particularly hungry I add a banana to the banana Purition or the coconut one, which tastes great.
After 2 weeks of using Purition unfortunately I can't say that it has helped my attempt at weight loss.
