“I really like Purition. I mix it into Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese and berries. It's a filling breakfast or quick lunch. I like that its natural products. I go for the more versatile flavours such as macadamia vanilla, coconut, pistachio but the cherry bakewell is lovely, especially if you eat it with cherries! I don't like anything artificial tasting or overly sweet and Purition is neither of these things.
The fiber content is great for my bowel.
I'm currently using it as part of being in a calorie deficit and its really easy to just use a sachet as a measured amount.

“I liked the banana flavour but decided not to have stevia and any other artificial sweetener in anything so moved to the natural flavour, I can sweeten with ripe bananas and frozen blueberries. Did have this for breakfast occasionally to ring the changes but as I can empty my supplements and creatine into the mixer and make a smoothie, plus it tastes really nice, doesn't bloat me and unlike porridge I don't feel hungry an hour later.
