“This is an honest review, yes really! I have been on GLP-1 for 8 months and really struggle to eat sometimes due to lack of hunger (especially in the mornings).
I wasn’t really sure about Purition as a lot of adverts and reviews for similar products seem too good to be true. What I liked was that you didn’t have to commit to a huge bag, you could buy sachets to try.
I tried chocolate, banana and strawberry. They all taste lovely. The fruit taste in the strawberry is subtle so I added some frozen strawberries and a tiny bit of Manuka honey as I have a very sweet tooth and it was amazing!
The banana one I add frozen banana to just for more calories and the chocolate one I make with coconut water (bounty anyone?) and add a bit of powdered cacao to make it super chocolatey.
Would highly recommend, especially for those on a GLP-1. I mix a scoop of my collagen in too and blitz it. If it’s too ‘bitty’ blitz it longer.

“I work in the fitness industry and have fallen prey to some pretty poor protein substitutes in my time but I have to say Purition is so gentle on my gut, surprisingly filling and not overly sweet which I personally prefer to the fake sweetness. The fact you can try all the flavours in the individual sachets was what drew me in and honestly there are so many delicious options. I usually find one maybe two that I like and stick with but these are all so tasty I can see myself mixing it up. I still prefer a meal but when I’m teaching multiple classes or on the go, these are me new go to’s. Thanks Purition! Keep up the great work. Ps Black Forest would be a good flavour or gingerbread / cinnamon danish.”

“I love this product. I was looking for something to eat that was healthy and quick to prepare. As a diabetic, I wanted a whole food and a low carb diet. This suits me perfectly. I usually have it for breakfast and I don't feel hungry too soon. If I'm having a busy lunchtime, then I'll carry a prepared pot with me, makes life so much easier.
I love it with milk and kefir, sometimes I add some berries. My favourite favours are Macadamia and vanilla, pistachio, and also almond. The chocolate and coffee flavours are OK.”
