“My shopping experience with ProSwimwear was exceptional. When I needed assistance with an order, their customer service team responded promptly and offered a solution that greatly satisfied me: they agreed to return my refund as store credit to my ProSwimwear account, which allowed me to conveniently and quickly purchase the product I desired. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I would like to give a special thanks to Vivian, the customer service advisor I had the pleasure of dealing with. Her response was quick, and the solution she proposed was extremely flexible, allowing me to obtain my desired product in a timely manner. I highly recommend ProSwimwear. “I buy with Proswimwear since 2018 (15 times till today). What else could I say? I'm very satisfied with their attention to customers. Since the chat and mostly if you need any help during the steps of your acquisition, till your order arrive to its final destination. Their team solved all my issues. Spring Deliver rules! “Vivian at customer services dealt with our issue with the Speedo suit that failed on a seam. she contacted Speedo and managed to get them to agree to a full refund. As always a great service from everyone at Pro swimwear”
