“We reported a defect in our daughters racing suit a few months after purchasing (and only used a handful of times). They dealt with it straight away and within 3 days had arranged a full credit onto our account in order to purchase a replacement. Excellent customer service!”

“Excellent customer service through emails and telephone calls. Needed to send a racing costume back as was faulty but needed a replacement within 2 days as had an important event coming up. Item was shipped and received the next day once I posted the faulty item back. Cannot thank Sue enough for the quick responses through emails as I had a very panicked daughter worrying it wouldn’t be here in time and it was. Thank you very much and would recommend pro swim wear as have used them several times now.”

“Ordered an Arena Carbon Air 2 tech suit from ProSwimwear after an online search. As I had a competition coming up at the weekend, I used the express delivery service to ensure the suit arrived on time. The suit arrived promptly on Saturday as promised. Happy with service, price and quality of the suit ordered so would use again in the future.”

“Very professional service! Paige replied all my messages promptly. Also my tech suit arrived in LA damaged and they sent me a full refund (I chose credits for another item) right away. Their prices are also the best you can find for tech suits (speedo in particular). I just made another order.”

“The customer service was great no problems. I was disappointed when I found out Deal is coming from the UK to the United States. I thought they had a US store front. But I requested to cancel the order because I didn’t want to wait as long as it was going to be, or may have been to get here and they re-process my refund promptly.”

“I had ordered a tech suit but did not realize SwimPro was not in the United States…I tried to cancel order (thinking I would get the suit in a few months) but much to my surprise the suit arrive 3 business days from the date I placed the order (you can’t get a tech suit that fast here in the US). Moreover, the customer service rep, Vivian, was incredibly responsive to all my concerns and responded to every email with on hours despite the time difference between our continents. unfortunately I had some issues with the suit and Vivian was quick to address and resolve. Simply outstanding Customer Service!!! Will definitely purchase from SwimPro again despite the long distance! Thank you.”

“I’ve ordered several times from ProSwimwear and always been satisfied with the items and customer service. This time however I felt that the customer service has gone above and beyond because I’ve had to return the original item several times for an exchange. This is entirely the fault of Arena because their size guides for this particular item are completely inaccurate. I’ve been so impressed with the patience of the customer service team who have tried their very best to help me get the correct fit.”
