“Amazing customer service and follow up”

“I would never recommend ProSwimwear. I have been buying from them for a while but I will not buy anymore. I bought a race suit in April. Literally worn twice and got ripped while trying the third time. No effort to help as manufacturer said it's not their fault. A full waste of money. In top of that I had to pay postage charge to get my items back. Very disappointed with their service.”

“I have bought two swimming costumes from ProSwimmwear. The first bastch was a size too large (my fault. I'd ordered size 38 UK instead of size 38 DE. The money from my first order was refunded. The second order (same swimsuits, correct size) arrived yesterday. Perfect fit. Thank you to Ivy, Paige and Sue for their support and understanding.”

“Proswimwear have quite simply the best after sales customer service we have ever received from any online company. Having had an issue with a 5 month old Speedo fast skin, we contacted Speedo UK directly to discuss a manufacturing defect, 6 emails later and no further on "we all know the drill with these companies!" I was passed from pillar to post and asked the most ridiculous questions' over and over. After 30 days its not really the retailers problem but out of interest i contacted proswimwear and was overjoyed with the professionalism, a quick email with some photos of the defect to the suit and 2 hours later a full refund, Thank you Sue you have secured our business for the rest of our swimming days.”

“Beware of this company. It is not located in the U.S, rather it is in the U.K. It takes 1 month ti receive your order, they do not state this on the website. If you live in the U.S, stay clear of this company. Caveat Emptor.”

“Not good for international orders , I am from Canada so you have to pay additionally costum duty handling fee for me it was $48 also the swimming suit was small for my daughter so I paid for UPS services of $35 to return it, never will buy from this company again.”

“I was able to find the swim suit my daughter uses here, when I couldn’t find it anywhere else. The tracking stopped once it entered Canada so I asked customer service if they could track it and they responded to my request quickly. I didn’t have to pay duty on one swim suit which was nice. It takes a little longer than advertised on their site but you just don’t know how long it will take going through customs. They don’t use any of the couriers which is nice so you don’t end up paying a huge bill for clearing customs like the couriers like to charge.”

“The snorkel we purchased 3 months ago through proswimwear broke and proswimwear sent a replacement to us. We had to provide evidence and return the broken snorkel but they provided a pre-paid postage label for this.”

“While ProSwimwear sent my the wrong item, they were very helpful and offered bespoke customer service in rectifying the problem. In this day and age, it is a rare opportunity to be able to speak to a real person to sort something out. Highly recommended as trustworthy.”
