“The website doesn't always give you the correct oil options, so you do need to double check. My latest order took quite a long time to dispatch. However, it was well packaged and complete. I just wish they would use DPD. FedEx are not great at communicating the delivery times. Great prices though and I will continue to use.”

“Good website and they sell packages suitable for an oil change. My car takes 6.8 litres, so it's normally 2x5 litre cans with lots left over. Opie do 5 litres plus 2x1 litre cans. Great service but delivery was delayed for some reason?”

“The usual fast, high quality packaging, dispatched quickly. Only missed out on an 'excellent', because there was no free Opie Oils air freshner included in the box, as there has been for a number of years - sorely missed. Really overall 5/5.”

“The customer support is excellent. I have given a rating of 4 stars , because there are some issues with the website. I ordered a cabin filter twice and both times it was incorrect. It appears that the incorrect cabin filter is presented for the type of car selected. This has been discussed with customer support that was excellent in resolving my problem. Delivery and packaging cannot be faulted.”
