“Opie oils are great, but ideally I'd like a cheaper and greener way to collect the oil, especially as I live fairly locally. To send the package via Launceston, then back to Truro seems silly, and took two or three days. Couldn't there be somewhere more local where I can collect from Opie in the future? Maybe at Mylor YH or Macsalvors in Penryn for instance (it could be any of your usual destinations such as a garage provided they'd do it for a fee - Fedex costs us at least £6 for a fairly poor service).”

“Buying online was effortless, had an issue with FedEx, as they have sent me an automated message that my parcel will be delayed. After contacting Opie customer support it got sorted out. 5/5 support.”

Hi Imran, Thank you for the review, unfortunately we're limited on what couriers we can use to send our oils, the delivery charge we set on the website is what we are charged from the courier. We always try to make your order as cost-effective as possible, but will take your feedback on board.

“Excellent service and prices from Opie Oils as usual. The package was dispatched quickly and FedXe delivered promptly. It is a pity that they can't source genuine Honda Gear and Duel Pump oils for customers enabling a one-stop shop.”

“Have used Opie Oils many times for servicing consumables - usually excellent, a little bit disappointed this time with Fedex as it was not easy to reschedule the delivery through their website as the order was not found initially. Got there in the end though!”
