Sent wrong product. Luckily, according to my car's service book this engine oil is also acceptable, so I didn't complain. However, I find this mistake unprofessional because it seems that every order is being processed individually due to stamp behind receipt that says "CHECKED BY NEIL". So Neil if you're reading this, do better next time and read carefully😉

The price wasnt quoted on website to include VAT - so the final cost with postage wasnt actually that competitive. that said the service was fast and efficient

Overall the service was good but for whatever reason Opie Oils jumped the gun and sent an early message to the Courier which meant we stayed in all day when the materials had never even been dispatched ! Hence the three stars and not five stars.

Ordering process was simple enough but delivery was late. Paid for 48hr delivery but product nearly a week later.

You offer a great service, unfortunately your delivery company FedEx are a complete waste of time, they always delivery one or on this occasion two days late which is a real pain when I am desperately waiting for a delivery. And arrived damaged

We are very sorry for the level of service you received from our courier. They have let us both down on this occasion. This is the second time I have bought oil from Opie oils. The first time it took ages to arrive, this time it took the couriers 2 attempts to deliver but on opening the box I found it was the wrong oil. Fair enough they got the correct oil to me quickly but I will think twice before ordering from them again.

Got an email to say delivery would be on Friday which cam and went and it arrived on Monday. No update, had to email Opie to check status.

We are really very sorry for this situation, we had run into an unfortunate delay due to staff absences then to find there was not enough stock on the shelf due to a stock discrepancy. Good products and good advice service. Unfortunately, Opie switched to a courier with very poor service in rural areas. Deliveries are now 5 days from dispatch and to the right house if I'm lucky.

The product is very good, unfortunately the delivery date changed, and was 2 days later than expected. The trouble is the email confirmation stated my items had been despatched when obviously they had not. I thought that was just an ebay thing,sellers stating stuff been sent but wasn't, seems it's a standard practice. Pity

Correct order content but for some reason the cap of the P1 de-icer was loose and spilled everywhere. Arrived with everything covered in a mess.

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your leaking bottle. Sadly some items do not come with a tear away seal. This would have had to be rocked about a lot by the courier for the fluid to leak out of the bottle. Unfortunately this does occur from time to time. However any issues with leaks or damages can be brought to our customer services attention. They're always on hand to help. I have had a look but I cannot see any prior communication regarding this issue. If you would like to contact them please feel free to do so and we will see what we can do to help. Never used this company before,always used CP4Less. Service items for three different cars were Competitively priced however the free delivery was painfully slow via fedx who don't deliver at the weekend amounting to 6 day wait, express delivery estimate would have been 4day. 3 stars for the good prices

The products and pricing is very good, the delivery is what let's Opie Oils down. It takes a few days to get delivery where as you can get items next day through other suppliers. It is too slow.

Sadly from time to time the courier can run into difficulties delivering parcel. They are usually next day but sometimes unavoidable delays do occur. Delivery service is useless, FedEx can't tell the difference between number 22 or 24 nor do they know what a porch is. I had to go through hours of cctv to find my parcel that they said they had delivered when they hadn't. It was left outside the front door of my neighbours house who was on holiday who doesn't have a porch. Your a good company let down by FedEx. Used you before no problem but not again due to the stress your choice of courier caused.

We very are sorry to hear that FedEx had let you down with the delivery, sadly FedEx are their own entity and the drivers will deliver to the address closest to the property they need to go. Unfortunately sometimes they deliver it to the correct address first but have known to move the parcel to a safer location afterwards.
