Never used this company before,always used CP4Less. Service items for three different cars were Competitively priced however the free delivery was painfully slow via fedx who don't deliver at the weekend amounting to 6 day wait, express delivery estimate would have been 4day. 3 stars for the good prices

Hello, thank you for your review. We apologise for the delay. All of the dispatch estimates are displayed on the order confirmations and receipts. On this order everything was dispatched and delivered within the given time frames. Nevertheless we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope that you will use us again in the future.

The products and pricing is very good, the delivery is what let's Opie Oils down. It takes a few days to get delivery where as you can get items next day through other suppliers. It is too slow.

Hello, thank you for your review. We appreciate your understanding that the issue is not from us but is from the courier's side instead. Sadly from time to time the courier can run into difficulties delivering parcel. They are usually next day but sometimes unavoidable delays do occur. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience caused because of the courier.

Delivery service is useless, FedEx can't tell the difference between number 22 or 24 nor do they know what a porch is. I had to go through hours of cctv to find my parcel that they said they had delivered when they hadn't. It was left outside the front door of my neighbours house who was on holiday who doesn't have a porch. Your a good company let down by FedEx. Used you before no problem but not again due to the stress your choice of courier caused.

We very are sorry to hear that FedEx had let you down with the delivery, sadly FedEx are their own entity and the drivers will deliver to the address closest to the property they need to go. Unfortunately sometimes they deliver it to the correct address first but have known to move the parcel to a safer location afterwards. Hi Derek, Thanks for the order and custom. I'm sorry you didn't get an air freshener with your recent order, typically we can't offer them on every order but providing the order value is over £75 then this should qualify you. Packaged in flimsy box that was open when it arrived. Delivery was 1 day after FedEx stated, by a non FedEx driver in a white van.

Great prices for service kits Items took a bit of time to be dispatched and then once the courier had them it took ages for delivery. A little annoying that I couldn't do the service when I wanted to and had to put it off for a few days

Great website and products and prices are good. Failure on delivery- Royal Mail 3 days late. Quite normal for them. They also leave out in the rain regardless of whether anyone is in. DPD is the only remotely reliable delivery service in my experience.

ordered and received wrong spec engine oil for my car as per your recomendation. However your technical team advised what oil should have been ordered and advised your customer service dept to despatch the correct oil. Still waiting for it to arrive otherwise great service

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the lookup being incorrect, this has been passed onto out IT team and will be fixed. I can see my colleague sent out the correct oil as soon as we were aware it was incorrect on Monday. This is currently with the courier and is out for delivery today. Once again we do apologise for any inconvenience.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about this situation. The initial delay was initially because of staff shortages in our warehouse thus the order not being able to be dispatched on time. FedEx should have delivered the next day, sadly this was not completed. It could well be possible that they were facing similar issues as ourselves in their depot, however they should have had better communication. We do apologies for the delays from us and FedEx with this order, this is not our usual level of service that we provide we apologise on both accounts for any inconvenience caused. I ordered and paid for three items. I them received an email to say that two of the items were out of stock. I had to source the parts elsewhere which cost me more on delivery. Do advertise parts if they are not in stock!

Prices great. Products great. Was let down by service and deliver After sending an email I Ordered the parts and followed up with a further email asking to keep an eye out for my order to ensure it was delivered next day as was informed would happen if I paid for next day delivery. Only to find out my order didn’t go out the same day but was delayed and no one bothered to tell me. Didn’t get my order till mid afternoon the following day. They didn’t even offer an apology from memory nor return my next day delivery charges. Just an ex of a mix up

Thanks for the review. There was a communication break down here, for this we can only apologise. Unfortunately, my colleague in the sales team did not realise the product was out of stock. On top of this the customer service team thought you were aware of the situation and did not need contacting because the order was still dispatched within its estimated dispatch time. Again we do apologise for any inconvenience.

The only reason I’m giving just 3 stars is becouse FedEx. I’ve had a bad experience with FedEx courier and app becouse i had to go and pick up my parcel.

I've been very happy with the whole customer experience up to this year The main reason for the average rating is down to the experience with the courier used, FedEx Twice they gave a delivery date that they didn't honour, the tracking was hit and miss whether it worked, the chatbot didn't work They sent the item from Cornwall to Norfolk when it only needed to go to Devon Next day delivery took 4 days Opie did what they could to resolve it but would think twice about using again with FedEx as courier

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the issue with Fedex, I can confirm they sent your order to the wrong depot which caused the delay. This is not their usual level of service and I hope you will give us (and Fedex) another chance.

Motul 10/40 5 litre special had sold, Opie were awaiting new stock, Opie kept in touch at all times, they dispatched the complete order once new stock arrived which was subsequently lost by FEDEX. Opie then despatched another order free of charge for next-day delivery (minus the Millers suspension fluid which had sold out and was refunded). Sam and Chris did their utmost to resolve the situation, promptly replying to my emails. I hope you can refund the value of the lost order from FEDEX. I suggest you use DHL but not FEDEX (or Parcelforce).

The product is good but the delivery was disappointing. Oil was required for the weekend and received the first email stating delivery was to be on Thursday but never arrived. Received a further email stating delivery will be Friday but again never arrived and oil finally arrived Monday morning.
