“Good range of products but delivery too slow. Took eight days to receive order in standard delivery. I’ve received items from overseas in less time. Five days max would be acceptable. Also fedex do not offer any option to deliver to an alternative address like a pick up location if delivery is scheduled on a day your not at home. Unlikely to order again I would go via Amazon or similar.”

“Good prices and very helpful cutomer service team.... BUT failed to deliver in time that they had set. It took quite a few days before my order was even dispatched. It took several days onwards from then and even FedX had to appologise because they didn't get given my order in time. Opie used to be great but this time were much too slow all round. What went wrong?”
