“Opie Oils is the best place to get oil from. Excellent service at the counter and over the phone, always with a full selection of products. Prices are better than Amazon, and obviously you can ask for advice too. I mainly buy Bilt Hamber rust trestment products and engine oils for our own vehicles. No need to look any further.”

“Oil ordered had a leak. Which, give credit, was covered under the 'no leak guarantee'. Replacement oil sent out, and very quickly too, however, instead of receiving 1L of Shell 5W30 I received 5L of Millers Oils 0W16. This was someone else's order, as it had their name and address on the packing note. I gave up, took a financial hit and just ordered 1L from somewhere else. A quick check of the tightness of the cap may have prevented this.”

We're pleased we were able to get a replacement sent out quickly under our no-leak guarantee, but we sincerely apologise that the replacement was incorrect and contained another customer's order. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after already experiencing the original leak. We're also sorry that you felt you had to purchase the oil elsewhere at your own expense.
