The customer support is excellent. I have given a rating of 4 stars , because there are some issues with the website. I ordered a cabin filter twice and both times it was incorrect. It appears that the incorrect cabin filter is presented for the type of car selected. This has been discussed with customer support that was excellent in resolving my problem. Delivery and packaging cannot be faulted.
