“Was going to originally order my items from Screwfix as they're pretty local to me but then they went out of stock so I started looking around the internet for alternative places to purchase and found Opie Oils, lucky for me that Screwfix were out of stock as these guys had exactly the same item for sale for half the price!! Had to wait a couple of days for delivery but that was made known upfront so not an issue whatsoever. Happy to use these guys again. Great service.”

“Told about this oil by my fellow classic car owner for his Triumph GT6, so I bought 5 Ltrs even though Ive just changed the oil in my TR6. Price was too good to miss.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay with your order. Unfortunately your order was placed On Friday 12th Jan which is the day after Storm Goretti caused devastation throughout Cornwall. Due to safety concerns for staff and customers, the decision to close on Friday was made. An email was sent to each customer explaining and apologising for the inconvenience. I can see the order was dispatched first thing on Monday, but again, due to the storm, there were delays within the Fedex network which caused a further 24 hour delay. Even with these unfortunate delays I can see we managed to dispatch and deliver within the estimates given at checkout. As for the packaging, this is completely unacceptable. Would it please be possible to send in some photos to customerservices@opieoils.co.uk and we will investigate further.

“I buy a lot of parts for several cars I own. Without doubt, Opie Oils are the best firm I deal with. Their web site matches parts to models using registration numbers which is very useful. Even better is the technical advice offered. All the guys are brilliant but special thanks to Harry and Chris who has helped and advised me on several occasions. On top of this is that their prices for the quality parts they sell is very competitive. A big thanks all round.”
