“Not used the oil yet but a vey good price for what seems like a premium brand. Also ordered a pair of sidelight bulbs but the package arrived with parcel tape on the back as one of the bulbs had previously been taken out although it worked ok so hopefully it will last but not a good look and no note in the package to explain why/apologise or discount given.”

“Ordered 2 steering wheel center cap, that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was concerned ordering from England since I’m in Virginia. The item arrived in excellent condition, in a short and very reasonable time frame. The communication from the vendor was excellent and accurate. I absolutely would purchase things I need for my British car again with confidence. I appreciate them offering this part at a great price.”

“Product quality is as good as usual so no complaints there however the twelve litres of oil and the two open paper element filters were packaged in the same box with little or no extra protection for the ‘delicate’ filters. Although the box clearly has large ‘this way up’ arrows someone stuck the address label on upside down, and this confused the delivery driver and made him ignore the arrows and transport and deliver the box upside down! The filter boxes were then under the oil containers the whole trip, and were badly crushed but luckily the filters looked undamaged (hopefully). Not sure what the lesson is here though? 🤷”

Thanks for the reply. We do apologise for your order arriving the wrong way up. Fedex actually asked us to put the labels on upside down as it means the barcode they need to scan is on the top of the box. Unfortunately it appears this has not been passed onto the delivery driver. I will pass this onto our account manager. I'm glad to hear the filters look undamaged, if you have any issues please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer services team. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience.
