“The order was placed over the website and all items were available at a fairly mid range price point. As I confirmed the order the expected delivery date went to around 6 days including Bank Holiday. So, ordered on Friday and delivered the following Thursday. I rang to say I could source locally and collect same day at similar prices so why such an extended lead-time? Apparently this was due to a BH rush and that I could cancel if I wished. I thought that the response to a new customer would have been more enthusiastic, it didnt seem my order was vlued. Delivery took too long but everything else was as expected.”

“I’ve used Opie on several occasions and have always ground their price, and range, to be very good. Delivery is usually quick and my orders have always been complete, unlike some other companies I’ve used in the past.”
