“Absolutely outstanding service from Opie Oils. I ordered a driveshaft for my rare V70 T5 6 speed manual. I neglected to check the further information box and the driveshaft arrived which was incorrect. I spoke to Harry in customer services, he went above and beyonfdto help me out, the new shaft arrived before 10am the following day. Stunning service.”

Thanks for the review. We’re really sorry to hear about the late delivery with Royal Mail and that the package arrived damaged, even though the contents weren’t. This isn’t up to our standards, and we’d like to put it right. Please could you share your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging? “Thank you for the order which arrived on time. Only downside was the can of oil were badly dented on the base areas and ond side. Only needed some decent protection around them ... heavy duty bubble wrap for instance. Otherwise really pleased.”
