When I contacted them (with about 2 logs left!), they rushed the delivery up for me and I had the wood the next day. Wood great quality and delivered in waterproof sheeting (important in Ireland!). “Excellent service. You do need to spend a minimum of £100, to get free delivery, which I didn't understand when I put in my first order, making delivery rather expensive. I contacted company explaining that I did not understand delivery charges, they came back promptly and reduced charges for this first order as it was already on its way which was brilliant. Will use again ordering £100 at a time, logs arrive in boxes which is brilliant for me as I live in a town house, which opens directly on the street, no room for a normal log delivery”
