“I like using JustIngredients when I have a need for some herbs and spices. A great range of products, competitive prices, and they are a UK company. I mainly buy Herbes de Provence but have bought Chicken rub, Fish seasoning, oil infusions, and pepper corns. Always a hassle free experience and no quality problems with the products purchased.”

“I love certain products, especially Italian herbs & dill seed (which is dificult to find elsewhere, but I didn't buy it this time as I had plenty), & the dried hibiscus flowers. The quality is always good. Occasionally you are out of stock of something that I want, but you usually have it when I reorder a month or so later. I cook quite a lot so th small sizes of herbs & spices you get in eh supermarket are not big enugh for me. But I am lucky to have a reseasonably big storage space for kitchen stuff.”

“I've been buying my herbs, spices and teas from just ingredients for a couple of years now and I'm always very happy with the quality of them. They're fresh and fragrant. I can't comment on their customer service simply because I have never had to use it. I will continue to use them.”

“Very happy with the rose hip herbal tea I bought. Just Ingredients have a wide range, however most things, when I actually tried to buy them, were out of stock. It's pretty frustrating really. I understand sometimes something is out of stock, but to be out of so many things is ridiculous. Better to advertise limited ranges.”

“I ordered Elacampane powder which arrived on time and then I noticed that the best before date was 09/2025 so as far as I am concerned it was definitely out of date. I e mailed Just Ingredients several times and have still to receive an answer. The least I expect is a full credit as I cannot use it.”
