We understand how important freshness is, and we strive to provide products with optimal shelf life. We usually aim for 2 years. If this product was on a sale it may be due to it's short BBE date. When it comes to dried herbs and spices, ingredients maintain their quality, taste, aroma and freshness for a very long time when stored correctly. “Quick delivery but unfortunately the ground cinnamon has very little aroma and flavour. Won’t be buying it again. I did order some cinnamon sticks and ground cardamom as part of the same order which I am yet to try.”
