Hi, Sorry to hear. Royal Mail tried to deliver the free flannels, but unfortunately, nobody was home. Please go to the online tracking of your order and arrange re-delivery or pick up of the parcel with Royal Mail direct. Thanks Facetheory Team

Hi, Sorry to hear that you not received your order. Looking at the tracking it seems that PosteItaliane returned the parcel to us as they say the address was not complete. “I have not received the product its been delivered to an adress in Southall . I live in Ealing, they are two different locations, if its possible I'd like a redelivery of the product or a new shipment to my address via 1st class. Otherwise I'd like a refund.”

“Je suis tellement dessus. En voyant la publicité sur Instagram, j’ai passé la commande pour une crème contre l’acné, les imperfections et idéale pour une peau grasse. Mais j’ai reçu une crème pour le contour des yeux. Le temps que je m’en rends compte j’avais déjà utilisé la crème. Et le pire je la frottais sur tout mon visage. Vous imaginez pas l’état de mon visage. Je ne comprends pas comment il y a erreur sur la commande. Pour une première fois sur ce site et produit, je suis déçu. Je m’en veux”

“J’avais hâte de tester les produits car j’en avais entendu que du bien et les compositions étaient supers. Malheureusement ils n’ont pas fonctionné pour moi. Cela fait deux mois que je les utilise et les boutons sont réapparus alors que j’en avais peu. J’ai attendu que l’effet purge passe, mais au bout de 2 mois, je pense que les produits ne me correspondent pas. Le Masque Visage MK1 à l'AHA et Argile Rose avec Argile de Kaolin et Grenade m’irrite beaucoup là peau, qui devient rouge après utilisation. Je ne trouve pas que ma peau est nettoyée et apaisée. La Crème Hydratante Regena-C M4 avec rétinol, vitamine C et acide Hyaluronique: elle n’hydrate pas suffisament la peau et laisse un fini collant désagréable. J’ai l’impression qu’elle est comedogene. La Crème nettoyante illuminatrice C2 avec Acide Glycolique, Acide Salicylique et Acide Lactique: je n’ai pas l’impression qu’elle nettoie suffisament ma peau et n’exfolie pas la peau comme je l’attendais. La Crème de Nuit Relaxante M10 avec Acide Hyaluronique, Vitamine C, Vitamine E et Huile d'Argan: elle est plutôt agréable mais je pense qu’elle bouche mes pores. L’acide glycolique est satisfaisant, on sent qu’il fait effet. Mais ça ne suffit pas à désobstruer les pores bouchés par les 2 crèmes hydratantes.”

“The facewhip with spf 20 leaves my skin very dry. It doesn’t moisturize at all. The oil does the same thing. The night cream is fine! This is weird to me because I have a combination skin; it’s never dry.”

“Delivery times too long. I made an order 9 days ago and I still haven't received it. That means it takes more than 7 working days for the order to get delivered. It says you are based in the UK but the package was dispatched from Germany according to the tracking number.”
