“Face Theory products have transformed my skin. I tried facetheory after suffering with topical steroid withdrawal on my face after a bad flare up of eczema. I had previously struggled to find skin care that was effective but didn’t irritate my very sensitive skin. I’m glad to say that my skin barrier is now better than ever and since using facetheory products I have not suffered with another eczema flare up again. Plus the products are such a reasonable price and last for a long time. Also the fact most of the products come in glass jars is not only lovely but means I can recycle them when I am done!”

“I had been stuffering with horrendous hormonal acne and terrible skin in general for months which was making me miserable and wanting to hide away. I had tried various facials from beauticians and all though my skin calmed down for a few days, it would come back with a vengeance. I was bought a set from yourselves as a gift and fell in love with you products, I began to look into what else you offered which could help me. I purchased the clarifying cleanser C2 along with the blemish and breakout duo set. Within 48 hours my skin had made a dramatic turn! I absolutely LOVE these products, they work fabulously together! I have received so many compliments on how much better and brighter my skin looks! I honestly will never buy from another company again!”

“I was with facetheory from the beginning and was very satisfied with both products and services... However in the last year their rewards program was changed without prior notification and the points I collected lost their value- I'd before I could get a cleanser and a serum, not it's only cleanser. Upon inquiry from the customer service,I've got a very vague answer, saying that there were some changes... Disappointing behaviour once they have enough customers.”

“Brilliant company with excellent customer relations. I accidently got my order sent to the wrong address and didn't realise until it was a few hours away from being delivered. I emailed in and explained the situation - I got an email back a few hours later either offering to send the order to thw correct address or give me a refund. It was a very easy and smoothe process.”

“I placed an order with facetheory which didn't go well because of the carrier, I communicated to facetheory and they got in touch with the carrier company, they managed to solve the problem, they were very attentive to the situation. As for the products, it's my first time and I can already see my skin more nourished. I recommend the products.”
