“Excellent customer service, fast and efficient. Not crazy about all the products though. Some formulations are not proper in my opinion. My skin had difficulties in absorbing them and I didn’t see any real benefit.”

“Wow just wow, I have use top brands and all manner of brands and finally I think the search for the perfect skin products is over, I am 49 and bought for ageing skin, from cleaner through to moisturiser and so far I'm over the moon, still awaiting results on my dark aging spots, but I can definitely see results in my dark eye circles and wrinkles, if my pigmentation improves and clears up, I will be amazed, but so far the best I've used and I've used alot.”

“I was very impressed with the faultless delivery. I love the products the night cream is really thick and creamy but soaks in well. However I haven't seen any visible results around the eye area, nor seen any visible results using the retinol serum but have only been using the products for 2 weeks. On reflection I made a mistake with my order, I should've orderd the eye cream instead of 2 bottles of serum. I would reccommend these products as you wake up with skin that feels lovely and soft. I have introduced these products to my sister and she loves them too. Is there any way I can return one unopened bottle of retionol and purchase an eye cream for puffiness and dark circles please. Not a problem if not. I will still buy in the future. thankyou”

“Been using the azelaic acid for a while, helps keep my redness in check. Nice consistency and goes on well. Only complaint I have and I have emailed Facetheory to let them know is that the bottle always has so much left at the end that the pump wont reach and as its a glass bottle there's no way to get the remainder out.”

“I received my order within a couple of days of ordering. I am very happy with my choice of: vitamin c cream cleanser, the Amal c whip daily moisturiser, the polypep collagen building serum and the night cream. I have been using them for a couple of weeks now and can already see and feels difference in my skin. My face feels plumper and looks healthier. The products are also very affordable which is an added bonus. Overall I’m very pleased and will be reordering, thank you Facetheory!”

“This is the best day cream I could find for myself. Most creams don't absorb well into my skin and remain greasy on the skin. but this cream absorbs very quickly. I am very satisfied and can only recommend them. The high sun protection factor is also a big plus”

“Bonjour, je n'étais pas satisfait du produit que je vous ai acheté car je n'ai pas pu obtenir le résultat en deux semaines comme indiqué dans l'annonce, l'acné sur mon visage était toujours là, votre produit y ajoute même et il laisse du noir une tache sur mon visage que je n'aime pas. je ne peux donc recommander votre produit à personne. merci.”
