“I purchased the new Bakuchiol Moisturizer. I love the deep feel of hydration and it blends nicely with serums. I am wondering about how effective it will be for me as a boost to my 0.1% Tretinoin that I have used for at least 20 years. This moisturizing also contains several other ingredients including Vitamin C which is not to be used with Tretinoin but I do anyway since this is my sole source of Bakuchoil. I have tried 2 Bakuchiol products from other companies but no noticeable results. Perhaps making a Bakuchiol serum that was at the highest studied effective percentage, with just a carrier oil would be a good addition for Face Therory to consider. I cannot comment on how effective the moisturizer is since I have only had it a week.”

“I love all of the facetheory products. After struggling for so many years to find the right products for my skin and wasting so much on high ends .. I’m glad I found this skincare brand ! I love their blends and perfect combinations of ingredients for every particular skin type , also they are so gentle on skin . I love it !!”

“Serum is a little sticky but nice and hydrating The Supergel Moisturizer is my favorite! A bigger size would be perfect. I am keen on trying the clarifying cleanser.”

“These products are so nice. When you opt for scents, they are so pretty. Delicate, delicious smells that make using these products feel like luxury. The shipping was very fast and having a discount on my first order definitely made it worth while.”

“The products are excellent and very reasonably priced. The customer service is responsive but often provides ambiguous and even conflicting responses. For example, I have asked three times whether the Amil C Whip has sunscreen and if so what SPF. I have gotten three different answers. I also get conflicting answers on how to use the serums. That is unsatisfactory. Once they figure this out, it will be a top flight company.”

“All the products i have bought from facetheory have been fabulous. The argan oil with vitE, the rosehip oil, squaline are all amazing and more recently tried a face cream with spf30 which I love. I swithered between unscented and grapefruit and I’m so glad I went for grapefruit, it’s got a lovely light fresh scent.”

“So far I’ve really enjoyed using face theory, I used to work at lush and use their products I also used a lot of the ordinary which to be honest I think ill still use time to time but face theory has been able to fully replace my lush routine and to be honest I’m loving it even more than lush. Packaging is cute and I love that the shipping is carbon neutral. As for the products, first impression is all of the products are gentle, nothing feelings stripping or tight which some people may not like, I know my friends like the feeling of something getting to work but as for me my skin feels feel lite, moisturised and looks better than it has before. some of the products (not ones I’ve used) have ingredient I’m not too fond of hence why I didn’t purchase them but as for the products I’ve used they’ve been effective and I genuinely can’t complain. They’re reasonably priced and I would happily use again. I think other brands had products with kinder ingredient’s and its defiantly not the cheapest but id still say its value for money. Finally I messaged on instagram to query something and someone got back to me within two days which I like it means they're active on social media and you're actually able to engage with the company when you want to something the other companies lack.”

“I love the products and the delivery was super fast which was great because I'd run out of my cream . I use the ocuwake eye cream every day and I definately feel different as soon as its applied wakes up my tired eyes and the shadows are.less love love love it”

“Good products with a good mix of research, effectiveness, respect for the environment and animals. I didn't know the "risks" of retinol in face creams and that's why I only gave 4 stars: maybe it could have been clearer on the website.”
