“I bought a long string of cable and cotton lights as a substitute for Christmas fairy lights once the festive season was over because I was missing their ambient glow. They arrived beautifully packaged and were easy enough I assemble. My only frustration was the lack of a plug, it’s a USB connector which necessitated spending more money on a plug. They are a quality product but I would rather pay slightly more to include a plug. Overall very happy with my purchase.”

“Excellent service. Received my lights within 2 days of ordering. Cannot fault them. They are quite fiddly to put together but once you get the hang of it they come together fine. Lovely lit up at night. Not too bright which is what I wanted”

“Our very old lights stopped working after we had decorated the tree (where they looked lovely) I was very disappointed but all was saved by outstanding service from Cable & Cotton. We ordered a new string on the afternoon of 19 Dec and it arrived the next morning. We weren't sure if our old shades would fit but were able to fit them and our decorations were back as before. Thank you for exceptional service”
