“This firm has been a great pivot to hold my local authority housing accountable for a great number of years of denial. The results of this accountability is further evidence of a larger legal case of neglect. The repairs are still not completed, nor have they started to request commencing work but they have paid a inconvenience compensation and separate to that legal fees so we wait as indicated. The work of Mr Roscoe has been clear easy to follow and timely. I thank him for this.”
