“I had a leak and was trying to get it foxed. I rent a flat from a letting agency. The building is owned by the house management company. For 7 month we were pushed between the parties because the leek was coming from a communal area and the hosing management company said it is not their responsibility, they would not talk to the housing agency even though the owner of the flat did give authorisation. They eventually ripped out some of the dry wall in the flat and left it like that. That was until Antony Hodari Solicitors came and wrote them a letter that they started doing something. What we struggled for 7 months was solved within 3 months, including restoration works”
