“My daughter’s claim against her landlord was handled by Abigail Merchant. The claim was expertly and expediently concluded. When the final claim amount offered by the landlord wasn’t quite at the level my daughter expected, the Solictors waived their fees, giving a final settlement amount which exceeded my daughter’s expectation.
