SCAM! Stay away! They make you wait about a week anyway, and then they pretend to have sent your parcel. They take advantage of people who are very ill. Despicable.

There's no way to track your order, I reached out to 'customer service' on whatsapp with no reply. It was NOT 24 hour delivery, I stress do not order if you need the medication quickly, you'll probably be recovered by the time it arrives.

Not happy with this on line company. Turned me down and took £5 out of my refund for doctors fees. Damn cheek!! They take your money then reject your meds and make you pay a fee. Scammers. Dont use!!! Said they paid partial refund but still not in my account!

Prescription delivered 4 days later than expected. Customer service promised a call back, did not happen. I had to call myself 3x and was told to wait for the post. Which is not helpful. No follow up care if service goes wrong. Would not recommend use in time of need. Had to go elsewhere for antibiotics as did not arrive in time and no help was given. Awful!

Ordered antibiotics, site said next day delivery … well that didn’t happen! Trying to get hold of someone to talk to is impossible! Very disappointed should have just waited to get an appointment with the doctors would of had them by now . Should offer a service if you can’t really offer it! Say away if you really need the product .

So, I just got a call from Access Doctor regarding my order for 100g of a cream. It's out of stock, so they're sending me 3 x 30g tubes instead. They will not agree to adjust my price. I tried to explain that I'm getting 10% less than what I paid for and being charged the same amount, but they said they can either send the 3 x 30g tubes or refund me. Since I need the medication urgently, I had to accept it, but I'm very unlikely to use this company again because they effectively raised the cost of my medication after I paid for it. The sale is a binding contract to supply me with 100g at the price advertised, and I'm being shorted with no price adjustment.

Item was never delivered, though showed Royal Mail tracking. I have had no luck trying to locate the item with Royal Mail, and Access Doctor just keep referring me to Royal Mail. Can't comment anything other than no on most of these pre set questions, as item simply never arrived. A really disappointing outcome.

Asked for an item to be delivered. There was no indication whatsoever when it would be delivered, and therefore I missed the delivery. After a few weeks I got in touch with them to ask what's going on with it. They said I need to rebook the delivery, which I attempted to do but the item had already been sent back. They then asked for ANOTHER delivery fee. Literally no communication whatsoever. Won't bother again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve paid for something the I didn’t receive and I will never receive. 🤯🤯🤯😡😡😡Horrible experience overall. I’ve ordered a product and never arrived. I spent days trying to contact both Royal Mail and them too in order to understand what happened as my parcel looked delivered but never arrived. After several phone calls, messages and emails I find out that the parcel has been returned to the seller. I’ve asked to have the delivery again and they ask me more money, I’ve asked for a refund and they refused to refund a shampoo on the grounds of possible alterations of the product itself. We have concierge at the ground floor that always receive the parcels for us if we are not home or if the parcel doesn’t have the flat number. I’ve been ordering everything online from all around the world and never had a problem that couldn’t be fixed. You are stealing peoples money…
