“My medication was returned to you 22/7/24 even though I had rearranged with the post office fir it to be delivered to my local post office. I have come back from holiday to find out that my medication has been returned to you. No one has bothered to contact me to let me know, to offer a redelivery or to return my money. What review do you think I should write, you have retained my money and my medication with out offering any communication to explain. Can I please have my money back”

“I ordered 2 bottles of Optilast eyedrops. I have received 2 bottles of a generic azalastine Hydrochloride. I am aware that optilast eyedrops are azalastine hydrochloride, however the drops you have sent me are not fit for purpose. The dispenser bottles are so poor that they do not dispense a droplet of eydrops, half the contents of the bottle comes out like an eye wash. The company has been emailed with my concern to resolve this but they have not responded. Poor service - I wont be using them again and do not recommend them.”

“Tablets came not in the original packaging and each strip has been cut so there is no expiry date. I have sent several emails and rang the number on the site and left messages but a month later still not heard anything. All I wanted to know was the expiry date as I don't want to take the tablets after they have expired. Extremely poor service”

“I was unsure if this site was genuine ,I placed next day delivery and paid extra charge for this service, this did not happen !! There was nothing on the website re age check , I then had to send a copy of prescription, but it just felt like the site was interested in making it easy , but a money making company! I would never use them again !!!”
