“Absolutely terrible service. Avoid”

“I ordered medication several days ago. Paid extra for next day delivery. The money has been taken from my account but after waiting for 5 days I have still not received my order. I am very disappointed and can't get hold of anyone to ask what is happening!”

“Don’t use. They don’t help if packages haven’t been delivered. Avoid at all costs. Taken a week to try make contact and all they do is IGNORE and IGNORE. Use someone else.”

“SCAM! AFTER you have paid for the product, they say you need to prove your age and they use a system with limited options that doesn't work for everyone. I had a problem with that and tried several times to contact the company for support and they never responded. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I lost my money and my time. I never received my package. DO NOT BUY!!”

“I first had symptoms of a UTI on Tuesday evening so as I was going away on Friday I ordered some trimethoprim on Access Doctor. The medication did not arrive until the following Tuesday - a week later. In this time my UTI had developed into a kidney infection and I was feeling very unwell. I wrote an email via the complaints email address on the Friday morning to inform them that my medication had not arrived - which I appreciate is probably a Royal Mail issue - but I have received no response. Lack of communication and using an unreliable postal system means I will not be using again.”
