My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and unfortunately they did nothing to help. It was only the kindness of the person who delivered my parcel with a note informing me that my parcel had been sent to their house why I have my medication. However it was opened by my neighbour…

I haven’t received my order or being able to track it I’ve no idea if it’s on its way and I don’t get no reply from Access Doctor when I contact them it’s been a week since I ordered

I haven’t been given any tracking information so I still haven’t received my parcel and god knows where it is.

It was easy enough to complete the consultation etc, however, my primary reason for using this service was speed, it was a Friday and a bank holiday weekend, I had no chance of seeing my GP until the following Tuesday so I thought this was ideal. But in the end I didn't receive the medication until over a week later. Not ideal when it's antibiotics I'm waiting for and paid 50% more than I would've for an NHS prescription.

Difficult to write review as still waiting for medication to arrive! Have been waiting for next day delivery for over a week now. It may not be their fault...it may be royal mail striking.

Payment taken without prescription being approved - states on the website that NO payment will be taken until approved. Slow contact by Doctor to obtain additional medication information, I had to contact them. Very slow despatch of item. Not recommended.

At the moment I give a 2 star service as my medication has not arrived . I ordered on Friday late afternoon , so its almost 48 hours .

Took ages to be reviewed, took ages for delivery even though I paid for next day delivery wasn’t next day delivery at all, took 3 days for it to be accepted.. wouldn’t order again

Your order delivery was delayed by one day, this was entirely due to Royal Mail and not AccessDoctor as we had shipped it out on time. On the matter of the refund, please check you bank statement, we have already given you a full refund for the delivery. Thank You
