“I will not be ordering from you again as my basket kept saying empty so kept having to add it. It eventually did it but now I have recieved my item alongside an item I didnt want or need but can't send it back. If I would have just got the item I wanted it would have been 5 stars”

“I ordered tablets and a spray only one item turned up and the other after they had confirmed what I was getting decided to change a spray to a tablet. Not what I ordered.”

“Ordered tablets 8.06 am Saturday and took the ‘guaranteed next day delivery’ option at £6.99, fully expecting they’d be delivered the next day. They weren’t delivered until Tuesday! I expected a refund of postage, but haven’t had a reply from two emails. Terrible service!”

“I ordered antibiotics on a Saturday morning around 8am and paid for next day delivery Charing me £5.99, they did not arrive the next day or the following day. They arrived on the Tuesday. So not only was I charged for next day delivery it was never explained that this was not possible and I am yet to receive a response for the over charge”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and unfortunately they did nothing to help. It was only the kindness of the person who delivered my parcel with a note informing me that my parcel had been sent to their house why I have my medication. However it was opened by my neighbour…”

“It was easy enough to complete the consultation etc, however, my primary reason for using this service was speed, it was a Friday and a bank holiday weekend, I had no chance of seeing my GP until the following Tuesday so I thought this was ideal. But in the end I didn't receive the medication until over a week later. Not ideal when it's antibiotics I'm waiting for and paid 50% more than I would've for an NHS prescription.”

“Payment taken without prescription being approved - states on the website that NO payment will be taken until approved. Slow contact by Doctor to obtain additional medication information, I had to contact them. Very slow despatch of item. Not recommended.”
