“Service was great and quick but unfortunately I was charged twice”

“The reason why i have given only 3 stars is because of the delay in supplying the medication. It takes a day for a doctor to review your request, another day to dispense it and a third day to be delivered by Royal Mail. I have paid for 2nd day delivery but i didn’t receive the medication the second day. Don’t bother using Access doctor if your request is urgent. Royal mail will not leave the item at the door like Amazon, apparently needs signed for, so in my case after 5 days i still did not receive the item because i was working and now need to head over to royal mail to pick it up.”

“I love Access Doctor, the only out point is the currier That they are using; is very disappointed me. I didn’t get my parcel because I wasn’t at home and normally all the currier leave the parcel outside my door or in the commune area, this time they have decided to bring my parcel to a Post office which is il only open from 8am to 10am, and unfortunately I’m working and I will need to wait until my next day off.”
