“Mark Torrado kept in touch with me over the last 2 years having initially reviewed and advised on my pensions. Mark has actively monitored its performance since the transfer to a different fund. Very well mannered and polite during each visit and is very professional. The services provided are spot on.”

His knowledge, compassion and empathy were second to none even when I was ranting about things I clearly knew nothing about. “The prospect of planning for retirement seemed daunting given that I had a selection of pensions that I had paid into during my working career. I was unsure if there would be any benefit in amalgamating them, but I didn’t know the best way to go about this. I shouldn’t have been concerned because Mark Torrado from Wren Sterling met with me, reviewed all options and provided recommendations. Most importantly for me, he explained everything in terms that I understood. Mark treated me as an individual and I really felt that he had my best interests at heart. I can now see a clear way forward and instead of dreading the future, I feel much more confident. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Mark advising me - he is a great asset to the Wren team.”

“Having dealt with a number of financial advisers through the years, it was an absolute breath of fresh air dealing with Mark Torrado from Wren over the past few months. With previous advisors you often got the impression they were more concerned with their commission rather than offering the best advice/products for you, whereas with Mark he went over everything with you in fine detail, explaining all options, & in fact with one of my two pensions that were maturing, he opinioned that I should keep it where it was, & although there was no benefit or commission for himself, helped me through the process of accessing & activating that side of the pension. With accessing most private pensions there is a requirement to utilise a financial advisor, & I can’t recommend Mark highly enough.”
