“Kevin Adlington made me an appointment for a face to face interview but never turned up no apologies given then a couple of years later wren sterling realised I was in the land of the living and got in touch via a rep I would still like a face to face as I am not the most proficient of people on the Internet regarding the dowloading of various documents and would prefer a face to face at the chesterfield office of the Nottingham building society”

“Because I wanted something different than was recommended I am classed as an insistent client. The attitude of the advisor changed when I asked for what I wanted on not what he wanted me to do as his recommendation”
