“Customer review got a bit lost last year ,ended up 15 months between meetings ,considering how much I'm
paying each year it made me think that my business
perhaps wasn't important to Wren Stirling.My business
has remained with the same account for 33 years ,sold
between service providers with little or no benefit to
customers ,the price of " good will " I think its called.
Very little good will to the actual customer though.”
