“USE WOWCHER AT YOUR OWN RISK They entice you in by amazing offers, but hide behind the small print of needing to use a voucher to get the item you have paid for. My suspicion is that this is a business model to trap legitimate customers with red tape. Buy from a normal seller and avoid this dubious company. Final question - how did they get such high reviews?”

“This company is operating in a highly unprofessional and unacceptable manner. Money has been taken from my account without authorisation. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue by contacting customer services via WhatsApp—where responses are mostly from a chatbot—no resolution has been provided. On the rare occasions a human responds, they offer only excuses and no meaningful assistance. As a result, I will be escalating this matter and submitting formal complaints to the relevant authorities.”
