“If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received a voucher from my friends for my 30th birthday but didn't get round to using it due to the recent death of my father and grieving and then suffering a miscarriage. I contacted Wowcher to see if there was any possibility of extending said voucher and explained my circumstances, and their response was disgusting. I will never, ever buy anything from this disgrace of a company again, and nor will my friends, as they are also aware of the situation”

“as they say if something looks to good to be true it usually is, and this was no different feel totally scammed by Wowcher and wish I had done my homework. 3 nights Lake Como break inc. hotel and flights £229 each sounded like a pretty good offer. Then I redeemed the voucher and got a call from travelolo to go through the details thats when they get you, your flight out with Ryanair leave so late you dont land till midnight and then you 1hr 20 mins apparently away from Lake Como and there are no trains from the airport the agent told me at this time so in other words he said would cost us approx £120 in a taxi to lake como. None of these details are included in the wowcher description, then he hits you with "but I can upgrade you to an afternoon flight at a cost of £89 each more" and a £10 each fee not even sure what this was for but he added it in and charge me an additional £198 so my £458 break became £654 just like that. Not only that I went on Ryanairs website and could have got these flights so cheap and with seats and luggage inc. something else we dont even get in this price. So Wowcher give you only the hotel you will be staying in, it doesnt tell you who you fly with or when or from where or your return flights or how far away the airport is from your hotel as you dont know what airport your landing at. I am really upset and feel like we have been taken advantage of but its to late now to do anything about it. Needless to say it will be last ever experience using Wowcher and groups alike.”
