“Absolutely disgraceful that wowcher has kept my money and not honoured my hotel booking for this weekend! I missed an email advising me I needed to redeem the voucher as I receive so much junk mail off wowcher. I selected a date to book the hotel so don’t understand an expiry to redeem. You cannot speak to anyone in wowcher just AI on what’s app. I understand it’s my fault for not redeeming but this process is very much a money maker for wowcher, how many people miss this and don’t get what they pay for. We are now left with no hotel for a planned weekend away and no money to book an alternative. I will never use wowcher again!”

If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately. “WOWCHER SELLING PIRATED SOFTWARE. Money is tight and I saw a compelling advert for CorelDraw 2025 which I use every day. It looked too good to be true so noticed their was a paypal option and I knew I'd be covered. Upon completing the transaction I got sent to a link that gave me a DROPBOX (!!!) link. Instructions with it told me to DISABLE any virus protection & DISABLE Windows Defender. Typical instructions that go hand in hand with pirated sofware. Took me about 5 minutes to ask PayPal to refund me - which to their credit they did so very quickly. WOWCHER MUST BE A SCAM SITE IF THEY ALLOW LINKS LIKE THIS. DO NOT BUY ANY SOFTWARE OFF WOWCHER INCLUDING CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP, WINDOWS OFFICE etc etc I'm spending the rest of the afternoon completing reviews for them so YOU DON'T GET SCAMMED”
