“"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the holiday package I purchased through Wowcher for Travelodeal. Despite following all instructions to claim my voucher, the service has been non-existent. I have received nothing but an automated reference number. Every attempt to call results in being redirected to a call center where I am told a receptionist will call me back. I have waited over 15 minutes on multiple occasions and left my number three times, yet I have received zero follow-up. My direct emails to Travelodeal have also gone ignored. At this stage, I have lost confidence in this agency. As the reseller, I expect Wowcher to vet its partners more strictly. I am requesting a full refund of my payment as the merchant is unreachable and has failed to fulfill the voucher."”

“Just bought a perfume set on Woucher it’s came broken. I immediately launched a complaint and was told the merchant would get in touch with me which never happened.I’m left with broken perfume and no refund. I would never use Woucher again.”

Good morning If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. After the merchant receives your return, they will inspect the item then your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the time the merchant receives the return. Please note: If your item is damaged/faulty, take some photos as evidence in case of dispute from the merchant. The photo should display: The entire item (out of the box - if safe, please inspect the item even if the packaging is damaged). The packaging if available. Close-up and clear photos of the damage.
