“Wrong information on app to redeem voucher, firstly wrong phone number and branch needs personal visit to redeem not via phone number or online other than that a stonkin' deal.”

“Didn't receive the air fryer. Not in stock,Wast of time and money to get a voucher. One click to on website to buy anything. But not to get a refund,you have to download a app to get a refund, if I had looked at your procedure, I would not bought the air fryer”

“Absolute scam!!!! Purchased a retro game console. Says it was delivered but it never was (have CCTV). Cant contact Wowcher, the seller or 4PX, the delivery company. Tried using the wowcher whatsapp support number and as soon as I put my tracking and order number in they encountered a problem and stopped communicating. Avoid like the plague. Absolute scam of a company and everyone has an it’s not my problem attitude.”
