“Not having orderdered from Wowchare for a very long time I found the whole ordering system had change tremendously. I became totally confused with what I was supposed to do and felt bombarded by add this that and the other to the order, scan this, this or that way. I became confused and asked to cance and have a refund. I was then contactacted by in inredibley kind and extreemely patient Wowcher person (no name I'm afraid) who was amazing and guided me through every thing I had to do to complete my order. Its was such a relief. Definitely 5* service. Many thanks whoever you are, I am so grateful for your kind, patient help.”
