“Always good value and customer care tops.but my latest item bought is damaged and not got it sorted can't get a reply.so disappointed this time.i have had lots of items but this one not been sorted out this time.”

“I found it so frustrating, only able to communicate by text, I got some issues sorted eventually, however some issues are still up in the air, I do still need to clear these up., could you leave me a message regarding the possibility of speaking to an assistant by phone.”

“Not very good st there returns ad they use to much of the automated service .need more one to one customer assistant. Still trying to purchase a duvet set and can't. And what is annoying is i got the credit in my wallet to cover things.”

“Lovely product but arrived damaged. I have been unable to get a reply from wowcher or the merchant which is frustrating as i just want a replacement. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply so not looking good. I have contacted wowcher by Facebook and email. All I got from them was email merchant. I have done that several times and so far no response sadly. What else can I do please wowcher?”

“Was first experience and must admit saving was at first glance a huge saving! However once on the site that the voucher was for (food course) was presented with unadvertised additional costs Complete the course but if you want the certificate of proof another fee was applicable, so basically no choice but to pay or waste the money paid to partake and 2!/2 hours of time Then to top it all find that the same course including certificate without the Wowcher was cheaper from a different supplier”
