“It's a very confusing process,never sure at what point you can change your mind as emails say you now have a contract even though you don't proceed with payments and ordering more than 1 item from the same place had all different vouchers and all separate delivery charges”

“Would have been 5 but redeemed to me means when you've actually used the voucher not booked it with the provider. I wanted to change the date of my wowcher but couldn't as it had been 'redeemed' but I'm not actually using the voucher until December.”

“Really confused about these wowcher codes. I wasn't sure if I had paid for my products or not. I was being asked for my card details a second time for codes. Stopped the process, then saw an e-mail saying my purchase had gone through. What are Wowcher codes? I have an email asking me to redeem now!”
