“Really confused about these wowcher codes. I wasn't sure if I had paid for my products or not. I was being asked for my card details a second time for codes. Stopped the process, then saw an e-mail saying my purchase had gone through. What are Wowcher codes? I have an email asking me to redeem now!”

“I had my parcel delivered yesterday (8 piece cast iron set). The box was in a mess. And on of the pan lids has a couple of chips in it and another pan has a loose handle. The products themselves are exactly what I ordered and are fantastic quality for money. However, due to packaging a couple have been damaged.”

“I ordered a new single bed for my granddaughters. The divan & headboard was as seen in the picture but the mattress is nothing like had been advertised. Also the mattress supposed to have a layer of memory foam in it, this is not the case. I feel let down by this, false advertising.”

“I like the concept but you have to redeem your voucher and then left waiting and it keeps saying it has been passed on to the company and I worry who you would contact if an issue. Also it is impossible to redeem a free voucher sent that lasts just 1 day and there is nowhere to redeem the wallet so end up purchasing without the reduction as your card is already saved!”

“The ordering from site needs to be simplified, especially when redeeming vouchers. They should be redeemable on the checkout page and not on a web browser. This would make less chance of double ordering.”
