“No. I've tried to use the voucher I didn't Redeem, I haven't got the Order No or the other No. U asked for, Cost £14.99. I wanted to use it for the 2 heated Cat cushions. Plus it's better”

“Okay due the fact the delivery was a shocking price, I thought I was getting an item cheaper than it should be although by the time you calculated the delivery price it was basically the same as anywhere else.”

“Bit confusing as to getting voucher when u press get voucher it tells you ring a London number I've printed of what I thought was my voucher but this does not seem to be the case so now got to call the number to redeem it”

“Ordered 4xl. Heated gillet as i am 2xl to allow for extra winter wear but it has come and is really tight so the sizes are really small”
