“Received item, but disappointed as size has come up so small - I ordered medium but this is definitely not a medium - very small. Item works well, but was for a pressie - but can't give it now as won't fit!”

“I found it so frustrating, only able to communicate by text, I got some issues sorted eventually, however some issues are still up in the air, I do still need to clear these up., could you leave me a message regarding the possibility of speaking to an assistant by phone.”
