“I like the concept but you have to redeem your voucher and then left waiting and it keeps saying it has been passed on to the company and I worry who you would contact if an issue. Also it is impossible to redeem a free voucher sent that lasts just 1 day and there is nowhere to redeem the wallet so end up purchasing without the reduction as your card is already saved!”

“The ordering from site needs to be simplified, especially when redeeming vouchers. They should be redeemable on the checkout page and not on a web browser. This would make less chance of double ordering.”

“It’s very good offer& product but I don’t like the set up of the service, like how it doesn’t tell you the delivery charge is separate. also no worming if the product is included with the delivery,. It’s annoying how much I have to pay for every product separate delivery charge. It’s a ripoff.”

“Would have been 5 stars but offer said 10%discount if you spent over £50. I spent £76 , but could not find anywhere to put in code EXTRA10 so lost out on £7.60. NOT HAPPY.”

“I'm still trying to get yourselfs to sort out my accidental Duplicate! trying to Get a refund! for same. Most of the email address I've tried to contact you on DON'T WORK ANY MORE, THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE WORRIED ABOUT ANYTHING THEY PURCHASE! I can't answer the question As I've not got The Refund Yet!”
