“ordered rain jacket item number 45298769, delivery by 7th October didn't receive until 13th after numerous emails, absolutely disappointed, the jacket is paper thin, has a big number 4 written on the front in white whatever it is, the cords are fraying already, not waterproof at all, there is no way that this jacket has a RRP of £59.99, put it this way, if I saw this in a shop priced at £5, id walk away from it, very thin, very cheap, do yourself a favour, dont waste your money.”

“Paid for a spa package via wowcher then the hotel would not accommodate the deal and it has taken 4 days to try and make contact, I have emailed, called, left voicemails, etc... paid a lot of money for this booking so very disappointed as false advertising.”

“I received an email saying I had a £5.00 discount off my next purchase. So I straight away tried to use it so that it wouldn't expire but I could not get the discount applied to my order so I was very disappointed.”

“On 15.8.21 I ordered 2 if these items through Wowcher but when parcel arrived there was only 1 item enclosed. Numerous emails sent requesting a reply but to no avail.”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They don’t offer refunds even when you haven’t redeemed your voucher. Your 14 day money back guarantee is completely bogus! Customer service was atrocious, I asked to speak to someone more senior and my case was CLOSED by them with nothing being resolved. I’m now £260 down with nothing to show for it. Awful company.”

“Disappointed,Difficult to buy products. Wowcher WhatsApp is the worst customer service experience ever. To redeem a voucher it's nearly impossible. Products are good and there isn't a problem after you managed to get through the first stage of buying a product but I've been trying to buy a product for the last 2 days, asked my family members to help me because I thought it was my card or my app, but they couldn't buy it neither. Sorry, very disappointed”

“Whilst I didn't order this very same coat from.wowcher but a FB ad I would say stay well away. They're terrible. The zip fell apart the second time I used it. The review is not for Wowcher but for this very same coat. Wowcher should stop selling it.”

“Bought a voucher for a bed & mattress from Dining Tables. Quality was not great. Delivery was quick, but not delivered straight to our door. Bed & mattress were just left on the entrance of the property, so I had to carry it to the 3rd floor.”

“Brough a voucher for my daughter for hair dresses, 39 pound .I rang the shop ask them what appointment they had they said this Friday the 8th. Brough the voucher 39pound ,and then they never had appointment until the 20th, plus when I talk to them they said its 10 extra for this ,,10 extra for toner on the hair .won't be using wowcher any more”

“Wasn't allowed in the shard at all, then sent on a wild goose chase to another part of London for the meal, which we had to pay another £40 for the privilege, the food was Discusting, avoid this offer at all costs”

“Would not book hotel and attractions voucher. One of hotels on list is closed. Asked to give two potential check in dates. Not able to get through to customer service team for refund”
