“If I could do a zero rating I would If I could do a zero rating I would. Been constantly messaging since 16th November for a refund for a 3 night break overseas. Don't book any holidays through this organisation. The dates are not available and no matter how many contacts you do not get your money back. Take it further to your bank or trading standards. PayPal seems to protect this organisation for some strange reason and they are literally crooks. I've never received such appalling service and they owe me £387.99. disgusting and so cut and dry that they have provided a service/product that is not as described. Black and white, money should be returned!!!!!! I cannot put into words how YOU must AVOID Wowcher!!!! Ref: 50626816 Samantha Barnes Booked 16th November 2025”
