“I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I have not received my order, and Punk Bike has confirmed that there is no record of it in their system. Communicating with Wowcher solely through WhatsApp is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I have requested a refund, but I now have to wait 24 hours for a response, which is completely unreasonable. It is alarming how easily they can take your money while making it nearly impossible to secure a refund or even reach customer support. Given this experience, I cannot endorse Wowcher and will actively share my concerns with others to warn them.”

“Im new to this site/ company today 8/7/2025 i oppted to join It seemd easy to join & then buy the voucher so far so good however i dont have an opinon about useing the voucher as its not availbel for 2 days why im not sure after all iv paid for it so the voucher should be with the customer asap after the purchase. I will reciver the right to update this review if the voucher turns out to be a problem.”
